Adjective Clause

Adjective Clause (Relative Prounoun/clause) adalah klausa yang berfungsi untuk menerangkan nomina atau kata benda yang ada didepannya.

 ·         Who (person as subject)

         - John’s wife has written several papers on this subject
         - She is professor
         * John’s wife who is a professor has written several papers on this subject 

·              Whom (person as object)

      - The woman has left
      - We gave her the check
      *The woman whom we gave the check has left.

·               Whose (possessive person)

         - The girl angry at school
         - has book was broken
         *The girl whose book was broken angry at school

·              Which

         - The soup was too salty
         - I had it for lunch
         * The soup which I had for lunch was too salty
